It is just a kid's game, right?

Then why am I so hacked off. Warren's game today was a loss for his team (Bucs), but the other team (Falcons) did not win the game. The officials did. The zebras were unable (or unwilling) to tell the difference between a black jersey and a silver one and which one was holding the ball, this call led to a TD and 2 pt conversion on the next play that put the Falcons up 14-0.

That was not the zebra's only blunder. There were several non-calls on procedure and illegal substitution.

The Bucs were able to score a touchdown and the game ended at 14-7, putting them at 4-2.

In the first picuture you can see Warren over the ball ready to snap the ball. The second picture you can see the team getting charged up. Or is that yelled at? Do I look happy? :) This last one shows a very unhappy team. We are very proud of the team and how they played despite the challenges given to them by the zebras. All the kids including Warren played their hearts out. that is why something like this is so frustrating.

Pictures at the Homecoming Parade

This is some of Warren’s team.  Warren is standing up in the background.

Warren's Football Homecoming

Saturday was Warren's football Homecoming. Krisi made Warren and KayLyn Homecoming mums. She also made them for Alex and Mehgan Adams, who went to the game with everyone.

Grandma and PeePaw came done from Oklahoma for the weekend and were able to see the game. Paw-Paw and Tia were there as well. Mom did not get to see the game because she was in class at TWU, but she was at the parade cheering us on.

Warren's team, the Buccaneers, won the game 25-0. This put their record for the season up to 4-1, and pretty well ensured them a trip to the playoffs.

Warren is the team's starting Center. This is his first season playing football. You would never know it by the way is plays during the games. He is doing very well and it shows in the team's record.

I am one of the assistant coaches for the team. It is a lot different coaching football than coaching baseball.

The pictures are of Warren, KayLyn, Meghan, and Alex.
